One is our Facebook group and the other is our business side! We are not set up as a "paid membership/dues-based" non-profit. The main difference is the MWORH Facebook group is a direct reflection and support of MWORH Inc.
We have to always keep in mind that our non-profit side is a business. It must operate and be treated accordingly, and the focus needs to be on ultimately keeping the best interest in mind of MWORH Inc. at all times.
They both work hand-in-hand to uphold our main core values of empowering and educating women to become confident Jeep owners while having fun at the same time, as well as supporting local charities and community organizations.
Ambassadors are the heart and soul of MWORH! If you have the time and compassion to help with events, be part of helping MWORH grow and prosper, and agree to uphold the best interest of MWORH Inc. at all times, then we encourage you to apply!
Each Ambassador chosen will require a (1) one year commitment. The application period each year will take place December 1-31.
Not only are our officer chairs made up of Ambassadors, we also have 3 Facebook moderator roles made up of Ambassadors, allowing MORE ways to become involved and to aid in ensuring our Facebook page is a safe, positive, and uplifting space for all. Our moderators through 2026 are: Kristain Gerek, Lindsey Barnhart, and Janice White-Cross.
Our social media team also consists of a few Ambassadors who help with making videos, interviewing our tribe, taking photographs, creating content, and more!
MWORH Inc. consists of Directors and Officers who oversee the day-to-day operations.
The Board of Directors (BOD) consists of: President Heather Brewer; Vice President Susan Wright; Secretary Susan Aubuchon; Treasurer Keri Livingstone; and Board Chair Andrea Neely.
The newly appointed Officer chairs are: Events Officer Stacy Cornett; Ambassador Officer Meg Nieva; Sponsorship Officer Julia Brockman; Branding Officer Terri Nieva; and Off-Road Officer Sherri Beeman.
As vacancies become available, Ambassadors will fill the open chairs, appointed by the Directors.
These exciting new additions will not only ensure our ability to operate and maintain our growth, but it also allows for easy transitions in areas as changes occur throughout the years. It allows MORE members to be engaged! These updates and improvements set us up for ultimate SUCCESS and to leave a legacy of this amazing Jeep tribe for years to come!!!
By adding more Officer chairs to our non-profit side, the Facebook role of "Admin" becomes re-defined. "Admin" will simply be the ones who fill the current non-profit committee chairs.
With our new "refresh" comes new logo(s) that will be available for purchase.
Decals and banners are now a much welcomed source of income for our non-profit side.
We will elaborate soon on when and how you can pruchase and sport your tribe!
Our goal is for standard decals to be "on hand" and ready for purchase at all events! (You will also be able to make special order requests for colors we don't have in stock.)
